Journal entry for November 17, 2025

I say to the Lord, "You are my Lord: I have no good apart from You."

The Lord is my chosen portion and my cup; You hold my lot.

The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance. Psalm 16

Heavenly Father this is a beautiful reflection from David. The sorrows of those who run after other gods shall multiply but those who have set the Lord before them shall not be shaken... Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh dwells secure.

You make known to me the path of life; in Your presence there is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Father this is a wonderful Psalm that resonates deeply within my. I truly have no good apart from You. You are better to me than I deserve, I have a beautiful inheritance. I have peace and joy in Your presence. Thank you Father. I love You. May I dwell on Your goodness today and everyday. In Jesus name I give thanks. AMEN
