As the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; Psalm 42:1-2

When anxiety whispers falsehoods in the middle of the night. When confusion clouds our next steps. When loneliness makes everything feel uncertain. We long for God.

From the first page to the last page, Scripture declares the same truth: wherever God is, light is. Wherever Light is, clearity and comfort are.

God's light doesn't flicker or fade. He doesn't just guide; He reveals. He comforts. He drives away fear. God hasn't left us to stumble through our wilderness alone.

Every time we open up our Bible or turn to Him in prayer, we're stepping into His light -His presence leads us, warms us, illuminates our path. We don't have to navigate life's wilderness alone. The same God who led the way for Israel is lighting the way for us.

Heavenly Father our souls long for You today. Some need Your comfort, some need Your light, but we all need Your presence. Satisfy our longing today as only You can do. I pray in Jesus name. AMEN
