Journal entry February 27, 2026

I pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources, He will empower you with inner strength through His Spirit. Ephesians 3:16

Heavenly Father what a beautiful prayer and a beautiful acknowledgment of Your glorious, unlimited resources from which You strengthen Your children.

Father my prayer is that I would not only be strengthened, but I would be aware of Your very real presence in my life every moment. There is a saying; "Out of sight out of mind" and that is so true. I don't physically see You, so I often get up and go about my day with no awareness that I am the temple You are residing in.

Father my desire, my passion, is to walk in the Spirit with a conscious awareness of Your presence in my life. Not only Your presence, but I desire to follow You. To have You in the forefront of my thoughts. For You to be the One holding the reins not only turning me left or right, but pulling back when I need to slow down or stop. Help me to be an ambassador for Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior today.

Thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Father as I go about my day today help me to love my neighbor as myself. Help me to be openhanded to bless others as you have blessed me. May I be an encouragement to those I visit today. Help me to be aware of the unlimited resources you have placed in my stewardship and help me to give generously of them to others today. All for Your glory I pray in Jesus name. Amen. Amen.
